Residential Apartments

This project is a building with retail spaces on the first floor and residential apartments on the second floor. The apartments  are both accessed by a central stairway with a separate exit from the retail spaces. The apartments have either one or two bedrooms, and each have an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. The apartments also have two restrooms each and they have their own laundry units as well. Balconies can be found at the back of the building and span the entire back side of the building. The balconies are separated for the two residential spaces, and can be accessed by large sliding glass doors.
