This project, completed in 2021, is a conceptual drawing of a single-bedroom studio apartment. As part of a study on elderly-living residences, this drawing includes one bedroom and one bathroom, a kitchen and dining space, living space and laundry room. By using colour on floor plans, Katie was able to show texture, shadows and space. The entirety of the plan is wheelchair accessible, as part of the elderly-living module.
